Faculty (or Professional) Enabling Program (FEP)
The objective of the training program is bring about faculty enablement with regard to the different
behavioural dimensions that have far reaching significance in the direction of organizational effectiveness.
The influence of human
personality upon the functional efficiency of an organization and its personnel has been widely recognized. The personality
can also be modified to a certain extent. The objective of personality enabling courses is to remove those barriers that stand
in the way of the expression of individual personality. Our FEP covers ten areas and contains the distilled wisdom. When effectively
operationalized, the program should ensure that participants are given adequate opportunity to gain skills that will help
improve their functional efficiency.
